Flexi-job in machine building

Since the scheme was extended, a flexi-job is also possible in the metal and machine building sector. If you already work at least 4/5 for another employer, or you are retired, you can lend us a hand without turning your whole schedule upside down.

TMC Machines builds fully automatic machines and robot lines, 100% in house in Ieper. When a project has to land on its feet, we can use experienced hands that do not need long explanations.

What will you do?

• Assembly: building machines alongside our technicians.
• Machining and CNC: working in our own machining department.
• Warehouse and logistics: preparing parts, following up deliveries, keeping order.

What you do depends on what you can do. If you are a technician with thirty years behind you, we are not going to put you in the warehouse.

Who is it for?

• You already work at least 4/5 for another employer, or you are retired.
• You have hands that know what they are doing, or you want to learn.
• You can work independently without someone standing next to you.
