Sales Assistant Robotics

We build machines and robot lines that exist nowhere else. The commercial side is currently carried by a handful of people who take it on alongside everything else: quotes, customers, follow-up, all at once. That has hit its ceiling. So we are looking for someone to carry that side with us.

You work from Ieper, a short walk from the people who design and build the machines. In practice: you make sure no quote is left sitting, and that every customer gets an answer before they have to ask for one.

What will you do?

• Prepare and chase quotes: You turn price requests into a clean quote, and then you go after it. Follow-up is not a side task here, it is the job.
• Run the CRM: In Pipedrive you keep leads, deals and next steps up to date. You are the one who knows where every file stands.
• Customer contact and appointments: Phone, mail, calendar. You plan visits, prepare them and make sure something happens afterwards.

You get the time to learn the technology. You do not need to be able to program a robot cell, but you do need to want to understand what you are selling.

Who are you?

• You have a commercial instinct and you pick up the phone without thinking about it three times first.
• You are organised. A file that slips through the cracks costs us an order straight away.
• You work independently. Nobody will hand you a task list every morning, and that is deliberate.
• You need Dutch and English, French is a serious plus. Our customers are spread across Europe.
• You are comfortable on a PC. CRM experience is a bonus, Pipedrive you can learn here.

• Salary: EUR 2,600 - 3,400 gross per month, depending on your experience.
